UPDATE: Dearborn Police announce charges against third individual in connection with Sept. 19 fatal shooting
Charges include Felony Murder and Felony Firearm in arraignment in the 19th District Court
DEARBORN, MI – The Dearborn Police Department today announced charges against a third individual in connection with a shooting following an attempted carjacking near 16351 Ford Rd. on Sept. 19 that left one person dead.
Devon Travon Green was arraigned on Tuesday, Sept. 26 at the 19th District Court in front of Honorable Judge Mark W. Somers on charges of Felony Murder, First Degree Murder, and two counts of Felony Firearm.
Green is the third individual to be charged in connection with the Sept. 19 incident. He was apprehended by Dearborn Police on Sept. 23 at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County International Airport as he prepared to board a flight out-of-state.
A Preliminary Examination is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 29.
